Shipping Policy
Unless noted otherwise, items ship via USPS, usually within 2-3 days of your completed purchase.
As a believer in recycling, your packaging may or may not be new, but I will always do my best to be sure your item is safely packaged for shipment.
If I cannot ship within 3 days (i.e. extreme weather, holiday closures or similar), I will do my best to let you know as well as when your item will ship from my location. Books will ship Media Rate, heavy items will usually ship Parcel Post and as such may take longer to arrive.
If you prefer insurance or delivery confirmation/tracking added to your shipment, please contact me before making your purchase and they will be added to the shipping total. Having found USPS “tracking” to be of questionable actual value in whether or not an item reaches its buyer in a timely manner, I DO NOT use it except by request. Fragile/breakable items may have insurance already included in their listed shipping cost. Likewise, priority shipping is available but the shipping cost will (naturally) be higher – Let me know if you have special shipping requirements and I will do what I can to accommodate you.
Return Policy
I try my best to provide an accurate and honest description of my items. Please keep in mind that most are used or vintage and will therefore show some normal signs of age and use; any major imperfections will be listed in the item description so please read carefully as all sales are considered final.
I cannot accept returns for wearable items that don’t fit so please read measurements where applicable. I am more than happy to take additional measurements or pictures so feel free to ask if you have any questions!
Very rarely, I may miss a flaw or a piece in a multi-piece item may turn out to be missing. If this happens, by all means contact me and we will work something out.
~Payment~
I prefer payment by Paypal but am willing to accept money orders. Please be aware payment by money order or cashier's check will mean delayed shipping, as I will wait until it has cleared before sending anything out.
Payment is always due at the time of sale. If you know that payment will be delayed, please let me know and we can try to work something out.
If I don’t receive payment within 3 days of your purchasing an item, I will try to contact you. I may cancel your sale and relist the item if necessary.
